• 21 branches covering major regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Our scope of work included establishing a full company-wide franchising system and department by doing the following:
 Developing targeted development plans for the brand outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
and identifying the regions where franchise opportunities will be granted
 Registering the company’s trademark in the targeted regions to grant franchise rights outside Saudi Arabia and to protect the brand from any infringement by others
 Documenting operational policies and procedures for Al-Nadeg Restaurants by drafting set-of-manuals for operations, training, and quality, in addition to creating a brand manual and a design manual for Al-Nadeg Restaurants
 Drafting a food and beverage manual for Al-Nadeg Restaurants, including a raw material specifications manual, a recipe manual, and an illustrated menu item guide

Qualifying the company’s various departments to provide the required “technical support” services to franchisees in various regions. Developing the communication methods used to secure franchisees by developing the required communication materials to publicize available franchise opportunities, designing stand designs (franchising presentations) for franchise exhibitions, and creating a franchise section on the company’s website and social media pages. Identifying the available franchise areas, the qualifications of potential franchisees, the requirements for granting the franchise, determining the franchise fees, the monthly royalty fees, and marketing contributions from the franchised restaurants. Managing the entire negotiation process with potential developers regarding the terms and conditions of granting the franchise. Acting as the “company representative” in all matters related to franchise agreements for potential developers. Acting as a liaison between the developers and the company’s various departments to coordinate work and ensure that each party fulfills its role in accordance with the concluded contract.

Creating all forms required to deal with franchisees, from the franchise application to the qualification proposal, to new market entry proposals, financial project development models, business development schedules, site approval packages, correspondence forms, approval letters, follow-up reports, and periodic reviews. Drafting all legal documents required to manage and complete contracts between the company and franchisees, including letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, development contract forms, franchise contracts, contract appendices, and warning letter forms for violations. Managing the entire franchise file after contracting on behalf of the company, following up and coordinating post-operation technical support services, coordinating work with developers, and ensuring the company fulfills its obligations towards franchisees. 1. Also, ensure that the other party fulfills all its contractual obligations and takes the necessary corrective measures in the event of violations.
