Britto Cloud Kitchen is Egypt’s first fully operational cloud kitchen chain for restaurant brands.
Project idea:
The project is designed to provide an integrated infrastructure for cloud restaurants, including a series of kitchens distributed across Greater Cairo, supported by a central food processing and supply plant, specifically designed to ensure fast and efficient supply.
Pro Consult's scope of work on the project:
1. Studies and planning
Conduct a comprehensive market study and competitive analysis in the cloud kitchen industry.
- Determine the best locations for the branch kitchens and central factory.
- Prepare a financial feasibility study that includes the investment size, expected return, and projected operating costs.
2. Engineering implementation
Designing schematic and engineering drawings for kitchens and factories.
- Full supervision of implementation: from contracting with contractors and suppliers to receiving equipment and supplies.
- Evaluating technical and financial bids and selecting the most appropriate ones.
3. Operating company setup
Establishing the entire legal and operational entity.
- Developing organizational structures for the various departments.
- Identifying the required staff, describing tasks, and defining performance indicators.
4. Operating business partnerships
Establishing the foundations for selecting contracting brands.
- Managing negotiations and drafting contracts in a professional, legal manner.
- Managing partner relationships and closely monitoring the implementation of operational commitments.
5. Operations and Training Management
Preparing operating, quality, and training manuals.
- Monitoring and training employees in sub-kitchens.
- Fully managing operational processes during the first year of the project.
